So, there are clips going around of Jen Shah treating her assistants horribly. I don’t condone bullying and disrespect at all. This is totally unacceptable! What is triggering to me, is watching her use her privilege as a non black woman to be agressive, and have a superiority complex with her staff. But yet, when you are called out on your agressive behavior, you use “you’re a woman of color” to play oppressed. To see these clips and see statements from your former assistant and designer is truly sad. We’ve seen you be agressive on the show, and to see this off the show is horrific.
