My thoughts on Cardi B and Tasha K case.

My thoughts on this: Sadly this is a situation that could’ve been avoided. But many have allowed the lure of fame, money, clout and notoriety to get to them.

There are many aspiring to be the next Wendy Williams, and there will never be another. What made Wendy who she is today, is due to her coming out at a time where social media and the internet was nearly non existent. The celebrity world and political world was very inclusive. You had to be somebody to gain access to either group. Back in the day, our exclusives came from waiting on celebs to sit down with Oprah, Diane Sawyer or Barbara Walters to tell us their scandals. And the interviews overall was PR to an extent.

Wendy stood out because she was the opposite of them. She always exposed the tea (good or bad) but she wasn’t just lying on people, just because. She didn’t befriend celebs because she had no loyalty to them. If you were A-List or Z-list and she had something on you, she was going to tell it. Her receipts overall were facts. She also came out during a time, where her market didn’t exist, which is how she became the queen of pop culture. Now, the bloggingsphere has become extremely oversatuated, due to advanced technology and social media. Anyone can expose the tea, drop exclusives, etc. Majority of the bloggers are lying for clicks and views and that’s getting old, since nothing really isn’t original anymore.

What Tasha did to Cardi overall was wrong. I think it’s wrong to constantly go after someone and slander them just because you don’t like them. Never ever build your platform at the expense of bringing down someone else, because once you get to that pedastal, someone is waiting to take you down, just how you did the last person. Karmic energy is nothing to play with. I honestly hope she and other bloggers like her learns from this situation… https://www.instagram.com/alltruetea/tv/CZQHmGyAC0R/?utm_medium=share_sheet
